I have just started working as a PhD research fellow at the Physics Department at UiO as part of the bioAI team.

Previously, I was writing my master thesis in the group of Prof. Lindner. My project was concerned with the generalization of the notion of the phase, which is well-defined for deterministic systems, to stochastic oscillators.

Projects

• FRTPhase: A toolset for simulating 2D isotropic stochastic oscillators that are described by a set of stochastic differential equations (SDEs). In addition to that, it allows for calculating the Mean-Return-Time isochrons of the model, that are associated with its stochastic phase, and measuring corresponding statistics.
